• CHS was formed in September 2006 with
  the successful acquisitions of two mid-sized home infusion therapy providers, Specialty Pharma, Inc. (SPI) and New England Home Therapies, Inc. (NEHT).
• In January 2007, CHS acquired Deaconess Enterprises, Inc. (Deaconess HomeCare), one of the 10 largest providers of comprehensive infusion and home nursing services in the United States.
• Today CHS subsidiaries comprise a total of 68 branch and satellite locations servicing 22 States providing care for more than 15,000 patients. CHS subsidiaries currently have 450 payor relationships.
