Robert
Cucuel
President and Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Cucuel was previously Founder, President and
CEO of American Homecare Supply, LLC, a $130 million
Kohlberg portfolio company and provider of Home
Medical Equipment and Respiratory Therapy.
Mr. Cucuel continued to grow
American Homecare Supply following Kohlberg’s
sale of the company in 2002, subsequently named
Air Products Healthcare, where he remained until
late 2005.
Air Products Healthcare completed
over 20 acquisitions and built more than $300
million in revenues under his leadership.
Air Products Healthcare also
was awarded the “Industry HME Excellence Award”
in 2004 for being the “Best Home Respiratory Provider”
in the nation.
He has more than 25 years of
health care experience, including senior level
positions at American HomePatient, Home Health
Corporation of America and Home Nutritional Services,
Inc.
Mr. Cucuel also has served in
numerous positions with the American Association
of Homecare and other trade groups on their Executive
Committees and Boards of Directors. Most recently
he served as Treasurer of AA Homecare.
He completed his Bachelor of
Science in Accounting and Finance at Boston College
in 1981.
Bruce
R. Gilbert
Senior Vice President and
General Counsel
Mr. Gilbert was appointed as Senior Vice President
and General Counsel of the Company on July 7,
2008.
Mr. Gilbert was counsel to Universal
Health Services, Inc. (“UHS”) for 22 years, serving
as General Counsel for UHS from 1991 to 2007.
Prior to that, he was associated with the Los
Angeles-based law firm of Weissburg and Aronson
(now part of Foley and Lardner), in both Los Angeles
and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Gilbert was a member of
the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee
of the Federation of American Hospitals from 1994
to 2007, serving as Chairman of the Board in 1997
– 1998. And Mr. Gilbert is currently the Chairman
of the Advisory Board to National Healthcare Payer
Networks, a Wayne, PA based health care consulting
firm.
Mr. Gilbert
is a 1976 graduate of The University of Wisconsin
(B.B.A.) and a 1981 graduate of The Antioch University
School of Law (J.D.).
Mary
Jane Graves
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Graves previously acted as an independent
consultant to American Homecare Supply and Air
Products Healthcare in financial and operational
capacities.
She was CEO and CFO with Superior
Renal Care, Inc., a regional multi-facility outpatient
dialysis provider. Also, from 1998 to 1999, she
was President and COO of StadtSolutions, LLP,
a specialty pharmacy company.
Ms. Graves graduated in 1983
with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
– Accounting, summa cum laude, from Tennessee
Technological University. She completed her CPA
program in 1984.
Colleen
M. Lederer
Senior Vice President of
Professional Services
Colleen M. Lederer has 29 years of clinical and
management experience as a working professional
in the health care industry including 26 years
of experience in the home health industry. For
10 years she was Corporate Vice President of Professional
Services for Home Health Corporation of America,
responsible for all clinical operations and management.
For five years Ms. Lederer was
a founding partner and owner of a prominent home
health staffing and consulting agency in the Philadelphia
five-county region. She was also Chief Compliance
Officer for a publicly-owned home health company
for five years.
Ms. Lederer is a graduate of
Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing
and has served on multiple task force and home
health industry committees as they relate to Home
Health Regulations and Reimbursement.
Nitin
J. Patel, R.Ph.
Senior Vice President of
Operations
Mr. Patel possesses more than 25 years of health
care industry experience, most recently in senior
operations, procurement and clinical management
positions at Air Products Healthcare.
Additionally, Mr. Patel was
Vice President of Operations for Drugstore.com;
Area Vice President of Operations for American
Home Patient, and Director for Hastings Consulting.
Mr. Patel is a graduate of the
University of London (Pharmacy) and Ohio Northern
University (Pharmacy). He has also served on multiple
healthcare industry committees.
Joey
Ryan, MBA, CPA
Senior Vice President of
Reimbursement & Compliance
Ms. Ryan has 20 years of health care industry
experience. She most recently held positions as
Vice President of Government Relations and Compliance
and Sr. Vice President of Reimbursement at American
Homecare Supply/ Air Products Healthcare.
Prior to this, Ms Ryan had her
own consulting company for seven years providing
revenue cycle management and process improvement
services to the health care industry, including
DME/RT/Infusion/Home Health Agencies/ Physicians
and Hospitals throughout the country.
Ms. Ryan has also held various
management positions overseeing billing and reimbursement
functions for several other large healthcare companies
in the Philadelphia area.
Ms. Ryan has a BS with a major
in biology from the University of Missouri and
a MBA in Finance from Drexel University and is
a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
She has been active in various
industry associations, recently serving on the
Board of Directors of the American Association
of Homecare.
Mark
P. Sneff
Senior Vice President of
Human Resources.
Mr. Sneff has a 25 year HR
career in healthcare, educational services, international
pharmaceutical development and executive search.
Prior to joining CHS he served for 3 years as
VP of Global HR for the Clinical Development Services
division of Covance, Inc. a global clinical research
organization conducting drug development for pharmaceutical
and biotech companies.
Mr. Sneff worked for Sylvan
Learning Systems, Inc. a global educational services
provider for 7 years in a variety of key positions
starting with head of HR, Staffing, Organizational
Development & Communications for the Corporate
group of Sylvan, then progressing to VP of Global
HR for Sylvan Ventures, LLC – a venture capital
fund focused on acquiring and investing in educational
software and elearning businesses as well as private
universities. In his last position at Sylvan,
Mr. Sneff served as VP of Therapist Services Operations
for Sylvan’s school based contract rehabilitation
therapy business.
Mr. Sneff spent a total of 11
years in U.S. national healthcare organizations
with the NovaCare and ManorCare companies in multi-state,
multi-site long term care, sports medicine and
outpatient rehabilitation therapy services. During
his 7 years at NovaCare, Mr. Sneff was part of
NovaCare’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
division - a rapid growth consolidator of acquired
sports medicine, outpatient therapy and work hardening
clinics across the US, ultimately acquiring over
100 locations nationally. During his 4 years at
ManorCare, Mr. Sneff was a leader on the start
up of the Assisted Living division of ManorCare
called Arden Courts, and led the HR and staffing
efforts to successfully open 32 Arden Courts Centers
nationally in 18 months.
Mr. Sneff’s
first position was in executive search with a
Philadelphia firm. He holds a B.A. from Penn State
University.
